Do solely as a Labor of Love for our great sport of skating, since 1999, i have maintained this site as an information conduit for those of us in this sport. Feeling it was imperative for the then "budding technology" called the internet, the greatest communication tool ever invented, to be at our disposal.

This regional web site as all the other eight were the brain child of a visionary named Dave Festa www.rsweb.org who is a life long Artskater that lives in the Northeast Region. Through Dave's hundreds of hours of work and mostly paid for out of his pocket--these regional sites have existed for many years and still exist.

Technically these sites are not and never have been officially affiliated with USA Skate but they have been kind enough to let all of us who run the web sites operate.

Sadly, there are less than 100 Artskaters registered in this region as of today. Because of this and also because there are several sites better equiped to give the South Central Region better and faster information, this site will be retired after Art & Speed Nationals this year:
